Wilbert Smith and the Origins of ET Disclosure

This presentation will look at some of the work of Canadian Radio Engineer, Wilbert Brockhouse Smith, who, over a period of 12 years, went from being a UFO/ET Skeptic to building working items of technology under the instruction of "The Boys Topside". This fascinating story encompasses many of the phenomena which other UFO figures and researchers have discovered and discussed. Wilbert Smith was an engineer and became the Supertintendent of Radio Regulations in Canada

Following this, we will look at more recent events in the UFO/ET Disclosure field - and draw some challenging and surprising conclusions.
