MICHAEL COWIE
Michael has worked in the ASB and Housing field for 16 years, he is known nationally as a experienced ASB practitioner and trainer, he has trained a large number of Councils, RSL’s, Police forces and Magistrates. Michael worked at one of the first government funded Safer Estates programmes in the country in the Pennywell area of Sunderland in 1997 and after a successful 2 years, he was appointed to work with a specialist team with Northumbria Police.

Michael was invited on the practitioners panel with Housemark to help produced the Respect Standard for Housing Management Performance Tool Kit for Landlords, and was interviewed by the home office for the ASB Focus news letter in May.

Michael is currently on the board of directors with the Social Landlords Crime and Nuisance Group and was until recently the vice chair of the ASB Study group with the Northern Housing Consortium.

GREG JOHNSON
Greg has worked in ASB and Housing Management for 24 years in four Local Authority areas. He co-authored the North East Safer Estates Information Exchange Protocol. Until recently he was the chair of the Northern Housing Consortium's ASB Study Group for an eight year period. He has been the chair of their National Conferences in Harrogate for the last two years . He was instrumental in establishing ASBO Panels in Newcastle and Gateshead and helped to establish South Tyneside's Family Intervention Project and Parenting Team. After a six year period he recently left his post as ASB Co-ordinator  for South Tyneside Council to join the Company.

PAUL DUNN (MBE)
Paul has been instrumental in promoting the need to address anti-social behaviour. Paul is a well-respected individual at local, regional and national levels and for the last seven years has worked, presented and trained extensively across the country promoting effective solutions to stopping nuisance especially involving, young people, problem-solving and promoting community involvement.

In 2001, Paul was awarded Public Servant of the Year for Innovation for inventing, developing and promoting the Acceptable Behaviour Contract Scheme and subsequently received recognition through other awards with his successful approaches in other areas of tackling nuisance behaviour.


PAUL LLOYD
Paul Lloyd, Director of Whiteheads Solicitors Limited, worked for a number of years in industry prior to returning to the Law. He has wide ranging experience of social housing and civil litigation work for both claimants and defendants and in addition to his expertise in housing management law, he also deals with aspects of Tenancy Management, Leasehold Management, Income Maximisation and Public Law issues.

Paul is married and has two children.
